Outlook Configuration:
To access any server email with outlook you need to make a profile first. We can configure outlook via IMAP, POP3 or Exchange Server. Most of the email service provides companies provide facility to configure their email with Outlook Express, MS outlook, windows mail, windows live mail or any other email client. Configure a new profile:
To configure a new profile you need to launce mail icon user control panel. Open Show Profiles and click on Add. After create a new profile in the email Accounts box, select Add a new e-mail account and click next. Follow the instruction and fill all the required information.
By the different way you can open outlook first and go to email accounts wizard under tool menu. After open E-mail Accounts wizard select “Add a new e-mail account” and click next. Here you can select the configuration open like POP3 or IMAP or Microsoft Exchange server and click next. Now you need to enter all the information with server details and in advanced setting under more settings you need to change the setting for “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” and “incoming/outgoing server ports”. You can also highlight the option save email on the server as well if you want. This open helps to download all the same email on the other location after configure with email client.

To fix all these above error first try to use Outlook in safe mode using “outlook/safe” command.
